Cards are valid for 12 months from date of purchase and cost $35. It’s easy to help and to enjoy savings up to 25% and more at many of your favorite local restaurants.
To participate, Hope Haven supporters are asked to visit www.hopehaveninc.org, click on Premier Dining Card link www.pdcbuy.com/hh. If you go to the Premier website to purchase, please make sure you designate Hope Haven as your organization of choice and Hope Haven will receive a portion of your membership purchase.
