March 23rd - 24th,Tuesday and Wednesday from 8 am –
5 pm. The exam will be at the end of the day on the 24th. |

| A Certified ServSafe® Instructor will provide lectures, ServSafe®® videos, activities, discussions and hands on demonstrations through the National Restaurant Association’s course of study. |
| $170.00 per person includes instruction, 5th Edition Essentials Textbook, exam materials, and folders. If you are out of the area and require mailing, there is an additional $10 fee for shipping and handling. |
Payment in full or $70 deposit secures registration. This may be in cash, check to Hope Haven, Inc., or Visa/MasterCard Charge. Registration is on a First come/First served basis. Payment should be made at Hope Haven, 3815 N.
